Does he have a Find A Grave page? If so, you can suggest a correction to the page “owner”, If not, join F.A.G. and create a page. It’s free and it’s easy. Mike Slater

My compliments to the volunteers who are responsible for the reading and documenting of monuments at Mount Carmel Cemetery in Morris, Grundy Co., IL. However, when I came to the monument for my Gr Grandmother Power’s first husband, one David Laherty, I noticed a transcription error. From my rubbing of the stone performed by the Pontiac Granite Company, David died in 1865 rather than 1863. He married my Gr Grandmother Margaret Moxim in September of 1864. Their only child was born shortly after David’s death in 1865. I’m uncertain whether or not this can be corrected, but I did want to bring it to your attention. The effort to document the burials in the cemetery is remarkable! Thanks again to all who are responsible.
