Signal, that two young ladies, daughters of Mr. Hays, of Wilmington, were drowned in Forked Creek, near that town, on last Sunday. The current was very strong, and a gentleman with the unfortunate girls and a woman and child attempted to cross the stream in a wagon, which was turned over.
